• Upcoming Events
  • Sunday, September 19th - 37th Annual Chick Evans Memorial Golf Outing.
    • The event will be held at Forest Akers Golf Course - West, again this year.
    • This format is a 18-hole, 5-man scramble.
    • Lunch at the turn and a dinner buffet in the Ballroom will be both included at the Golf Course this year.
    • Below is the entry form to fill out and send in.
    • There will be many prizes to win in the raffle.

  • Sunday, September 27th - Lansing Area Aids Network Walk hosted by the MSU Evans Scholars
    • More information can be found at AIDS Walk Michigan and the Events Page
  • Friday-Sunday, October 9-11th - White Water Rafting Trip to West Virgina
  • Saturday, October 17th - Family Day/Tailgate & MSU Homecoming game at 12:00 vs. Northwestern.
    • More information will be sent to current MSU ES Scholar parents. An email will sent to all MSU Alumni who would like attend.

• Sarah Adams - Interning with Energizer Holdings in Cleveland, Ohio.
• Kevin Destafanis - Studying Abroad in China during the summer for five weeks.
• Stephanie Despres - Interning with Children, Youth, Families and Communities,
  4-H Youth Extension at MSU and just completed an internship with Impression 5 Science Center in Downtown Lansing.
• Greg Fuhs - Interning with GE Security in Charlotte, North Carolina.
• Brandon Gray - Just completed an internship with Detroit Edison at their Headquarters.
• Jason Hawkins - Interning with the Staybridge Suites Hotel in Okemos, MI as Front Office Manager.
• Nick Janicke - Interning with the Meridian Township Dept. of Public Works & Engineering.
• Jordan Joly - Interning with Arhaus Furniture in Cleveland, Ohio.
• Matt Neitzel - Student Programmer/Web Developer for MSU Housing & Food Services Information Services .
• Salwan Yaqo - Interning with Daymon Worldwide/Spartan Stores Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI.
